Modifications of Primary hall tobacco transportation technology, Philip Morris Poland Sp. z o.o.

In cooperation with ENKI have been modified the Primary hall tobacco transport technologies. Modifications were aimed at improving the efficiency of production lines. This covers the drum DCC relocation, making connections between different transport groups of tobacco lines, modification of existing transport networks. One modification was also made to launch a new line of processing and transporting tobacco of Cut Rag type.

The project included:

• the software for PLC Siemens S7-400 using the SCL and CFC language
• parameterisation and startup of MOVIFIT and MOVIGEAR SEW
• implementation of the line visualisation based on Intouch Wonderware
