Modernisation of control system for the station deoxygenated water

Previously used system based on SattCon 05 Slimline controller has been replaced by new system based on Siemens controller. The new system uses the controller Siemens S7-400 already working in the filtration station. Old system prevented any modification due to lack of knowledge of how and technical assistance for the working unit. Diagnosis and replacement of defective parts during the crash was long and unprofitable. Today the station of deoxygenated water operates only ET200M module which is a distributed network of Profibus DP unit. The control panel working until now with the system has been replaced by the panel MP 277 from Siemens. The functionality of the entire system is fully preserved. Handling of the system using the panel is corrected according to the customer suggestions. In addition, previously discussed the integration of control with filtration station, allowed the expansion of the system with the possibility of remote control. It uses the existing control system and visualisation software based on BREWMAXX from ProLeiT.
