Automation control of the lacquering cabin TEFLA

In the AUDI AG factory in Heilbronn we have completed application based on Siemens S7-300 controller written in Simatic Step 7 Ver. 5.5. Visualization is designed in WicCC Flexible Ver. 2008 SP3. The application allows to maintain optimum operating conditions for the operator in the spray cabin TEFLA. The application allows the operator to change the cabin air temperature and the humidity. In addition to the above, the operator can control the lights inside and outside the cabin, control the car lift in the cabin, the amount of air flowing through the cabin. To adjust the air temperature were used two water circuits:

• Hot water circulation
• Cold water circulation

An active water circuit depend on the temperature of air drawn from outside. To achieve the desired temperature we used the discrete PID controller software. Below are the controller settings:

The controller turned off or open the selected water cycle. In order to achieve a predetermined humidity we applied continuous PID controller. This controller work on washer pump.
